Welcome home, Master & Princess! ♡

We want Royal Momiji Café to be a safe, comfy, and magical place where everyone feels welcomed and respected, our maids, butlers, fellow guests, and you!

Please follow these simple rules:

Safety policy

Please treat everyone with kindness and courtesy at all times.

We have zero tolerance for any behaviour that makes our staff or guests feel threatened, afraid, disrespected, or unsafe.

Examples of behaviour we cannot allow include:

• Threats or intimidating words/actions
• Verbal abuse, yelling, or aggressive shouting
• Derogatory, insulting, racist, sexist, or discriminatory remarks
• Profanity directed at staff or others
• Rudeness or harassment (including unwanted comments about appearance, uniforms, or personal life)
• Excessive or repeated unwanted contact/attention (even if meant playfully)
• Any form of unwanted physical contact or touching

If any of this happens, we may politely ask to stop, end the interaction, ask to leave, or involve security or police if physical harm is used or threatened. We take safety with the utmost concern to keep the café a happy, enchanting space for everyone ♡

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories together!

Photography & filming

You’re welcome to snap photos and videos of your food, drinks, the cute décor, and the overall café vibe for personal use and social media! ♡

For photos with our maids or butlers (including Polaroids/cheki-style instant prints):

• These are a special paid service (~$10 per photo, depending on options like signatures, drawings, or group shots).
• Please ask your maid/butler to happily pose and make it magical!
• We use our Polaroid camera for the photoshoot. You may ask to use your own polaroid camera but service charges apply if taking poses with maids/butlers and signing.

General rules:

• Always ask permission before close-up photos of staff or other guests.
• No flash during performances, games, or dim lighting moments.
• Staff may offer to take group photos for the café’s Instagram, let us know if you’d prefer not to appear!

Time limits during busy periods

During busy or peak hours: 90-minute stay (we’ll give you a gentle reminder at 75 minutes ♡)

Exceptions may include meetups and events where people may stay and connect with others.

Age policy

Guests under 13 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian and may have restrictions as they must be fully capable of financial responsibility when using our services.

Food & allergies

Many items contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary requirements.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee that any dish will be completely free of allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.

No outside food or drinks

(except baby food/formula or medically required items)

Payment

We happily split the bill however you like! ♡

Debit, credit, cash, and e-transfer all accepted.

Please keep proof of payment for any issues!
