Welcome home, Master & Princess! ♡

To keep the café safe, comfy, and fun for everyone, please follow these simple rules:

1. Be kind and respectful

Treat our maids, butlers, and other guests with politeness and courtesy at all times. Harassment, rude comments, or unwanted touching will result in immediate removal (no warnings).

2. Photography & filming

• You’re welcome to take photos and videos for personal use and social media ♡
• Always ask permission before taking close-up photos of staff or other guests.
• No flash photography during performances or games.
• Staff may take photos with you for the café’s Instagram – let us know if you’d prefer not to appear!

3. Reservations

• Reservations are free! We hold your table for 15 minutes past your booking time.
• Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead if you can’t make it – it helps us a lot ♡

4. Time limits during busy periods

Weekends & peak hours: 90-minute stay (we’ll give you a gentle reminder at 75 minutes ♡).

5. Age policy

Everyone is welcome! Guests under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Food & allergies

Many items contain nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Please tell your server about any allergies or dietary needs – we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee 100% allergen-free.

7. No outside food or drinks

(except baby food/formula or medically required items)

8. Payment

We happily split the bill however you like! ♡

Debit, credit, cash, and e-transfer all accepted.

Please keep proof of payment for any issues on your points on the loyalty program!

9. Stamp Card

• Get 1 maple-leaf stamp every time you buy a drink or food item
• Collect 10 stamps → redeem for 1 free drink or dessert (From select menu)
• Available as a physical paper card or digital
• Stamps never expire as long as the program runs ♡

10. Loyalty Program

• Every dollar you spend earns a point that are automatically added to your account (Before discounts and taxes)
• Points help you climb tiers (Bronze → Silver → Gold → Momiji Royalty ♡)
• Higher tiers unlock birthday perks, discounts, interactions, and more!
• You’ll get your own digital account (sign up in-café or on our website when it’s ready)

Both programs are completely separate – you can enjoy the quick free drink from stamps AND save up for VIP perks at the same time! ♡
